Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: A draft law has been put into circulation, according to which the State Property Management Committee will be renamed the State Assets Management Committee, the Water Committee—the Land and Water Committee.

Not only will the names change, but they will also come under the government's subordination. The State Property and Water Committees are [currently] in the TAIM [i.e. the Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Ministry] system.

[PM] Nikol Pashinyan is turning the state system [of Armenia] into a pyramid being governed by a single person, taking even the most unimportant structures under his subordination. Our source in the government says that there is a lot of money in both structures—that is the main reason.
