The investigation team set up in the Aparan city investigation department of the Aragatsotn provincial investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia has determined the identities of those who died and were injured in the big road accident that occurred in Aragatsotn Province on Wednesday.

According to shamshyan.com, those who died are S. Karapetyan, S. Tmoyan, T. Tmoyan, M. Manukyan, and I. Papyan. And the injured are S. Yeritsyan, V. Gevorgyan, N. Gevorgyan, M. Grigoryan, K. Grigoryan, M. Nikoghosyan, M. Begoyan, G. Avagyan, A. Gevorgyan, A. Gharibyan, and L. Gevorgyan.

According to preliminary information, the one at fault in the accident was the car that had crossed into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with the bus serving the Yerevan-Artik public transport route.

A major and tragic road accident occurred Wednesday in Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. At around 17:15, a passenger bus and a car collided on the Kuchak-Aparan motorway.

As a result, 5 people died, 11 others sustained injuries and were taken to Aparan city and various other medical centers.
