The Iranian army, in response to the US strikes on the south of the Islamic Republic on Tuesday, has carried out retaliatory strikes on US military bases in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Iranian army press service reports.

The Iranian armed forces have carried out strikes, with missiles and drones, on the bases of US "terrorist forces" in the UAE and Kuwait, the statement said.

It is also noted that US forces' satellite communication systems, equipment depots, and airports in Kuwait, as well as US military locations and radars in the UAE, were targeted in the strikes.

According to the Iranian army statement, these attacks were carried out on Thursday morning.
