Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Greek Ambassador Christos Sofianopoulos, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the PM’s office.
The premier thanked the ambassador for the cooperation and for contributing to the development of Armenia-Greece relations. Pashinyan highlighted the broad agenda of bilateral cooperation and stressed the importance of Greece’s assistance in the effective implementation of reforms by the Armenian government.
Ambassador Sofianopoulos, in turn, added that there is an active political dialogue between the two countries, and expressed confidence that trade and economic ties will further develop and expand in the near future.
At the end of the meeting, the Armenian prime minister wished the Greek ambassador success in his future activities.
