YEREVAN. – An Armenian capital city Yerevan apartment resident was in a mentally unstable condition, and rescuers were needed to open her apartment door. The Ministry of Emergency Situations received a distress call to this effect on Friday at 8:47pm.
A special rescue squad and an operative team were dispatched to the scene.
The rescuers opened the apartment door, in the presence of her relatives, and handed 50-year-old Alla Gyulnazaryan over to the waiting ambulance staff.
