Armenia’s Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and Huawei Technologies signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, advanced digital technologies, research, innovation, specialist training, and industrial transformation in Shanghai. The agreement was concluded as part of the HUAWEI CONNECT 2026: Advancing the Agentic World forum.

One of the key areas will be the expansion of the Huawei ICT Academy ecosystem in Armenia in cooperation with EIF. Students, young professionals, and researchers will be able to receive internationally recognized education, professional certifications, and practical experience in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other advanced fields.

EIF and Huawei will also explore the possibility of creating a dedicated research and innovation environment for artificial intelligence in Armenia. The cooperation is expected to promote the adoption of AI in manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and public services, including autonomous systems, intelligent robotics, and human-machine interaction technologies.

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is one of the key organizations in Armenia’s technology ecosystem, focused on the development of IT, engineering, startups, and technology education. EIF implements and contributes to the development of major projects, including Engineering City in Yerevan, the ArMath network of engineering laboratories, the Gyumri Technology Center and Vanadzor Technology Center, as well as educational, research, and acceleration programs for technology companies and professionals.
