The governments of Armenia and China on Tuesday signed an agreement on international road transportation of passengers and cargo.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Armenian government by Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Kristine Ghalechyan, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The agreement regulates reliable and highly efficient international road transportation for the development of foreign trade relations between the two countries.

Kristine Ghalechyan said that this agreement is another important step towards deepening cooperation in the transport sector and strengthening interconnection between Armenia and China.

Also, the signing of this document is an important step towards the practical implementation of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
