The US will hold an event Wednesday in New York dedicated to the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) regional transport project. In particular, Washington plans to announce the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund, reported Alex Raufoglu, a Washington correspondent for RFE/RL.

“SCOOP!!  The U.S. is preparing to announce the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund tomorrow alongside the next institutional step for the TRIPP --  with more than 40 companies expected in the room and representatives from Armenia, Azerbaijan and the Central Asian ‘C5,’” Raufoglu wrote on X on Tuesday.

Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund is the official legal name of the better-known TRIPP+.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan are currently in New York, where they are attending the events of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
