At 5:07pm on Sunday the 112 emergency hotline of Armenia received a call that an electrical substation was on fire at Tsitsernakaberd Highway in Yerevan. Fire and rescue squads have been dispatched to the scene.

Firefighters are carrying out firefighting operations and are taking measures to prevent the spread of the fire.
