Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan on Monday received representatives of the Armenian Tourism Federation, the Ministry of Economy of Armenia report.

The parties discussed the avenues for increasing the appeal and recognition of Armenia's tourism in international markets, as well as the prospects for the development of the tourism sector in the country, legislative regulations being implemented in the sector, and the full realization of the potential of inbound tourism in Armenia.

Also, separate attention was paid to joint initiatives aimed at the development of tourism in Armenia and the opportunities for deepening cooperation with the Armenian Tourism Federation.
