An Azerbaijani citizen has appealed to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for asylum in Armenia.
In a respective video, Raig Abbasov, a resident of the Azerbaijani exclave of Nakhchivan, said he was arrested after asking to be employed and spent 30 days in prison in Nakhchivan.
Abbasov added that the Azerbaijani president’s representative in Nakhchivan is threatening local residents with arrests.
