YEREVAN. – “I enjoyably worked with the team that was represented in the country’s executive power, and I am convinced this team has a political future.” Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan, who is also a member of the Republican Party of Armenia’s (RPA) Political Council, stated this during a briefing with news reporters.

In his words, the nucleus of the post-parliamentary election executive power will remain under the control of that political force which won the elections—that is, the RPA.

“But we are prepared to see other political comrades-in-arms and allies at our side,” Ashotyan said.

Also, Armen Ashotyan stated that making changes is not a self-interest, and added that he sees a need for change in the country and he believes it will be brought to fruition.
