YEREVAN. – The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) did not receive what it wanted, and therefore it refused to form a coalition, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) member and former PM Hrant Bagratyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am, commenting on PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan’s released statement on not taking part in the formation of a coalition government.

“He did not receive what he was expecting, and therefore he made such announcement; this is normal,” Bagratyan added.

Separately, ANC representative and former Military Prosecutor Gagik Jhangiryan informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the ANC will soon issue a statement and express its position with respect to Gagik Tsarukyan’s announcement.
