A serviceman with a firearm wound to the head was transported to Yerevan in severe condition from a military unit in Gegharkunik Province on Monday, Armenia Ministry of Defense (MoD) spokesperson Aram Torosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"According to preliminary data, the serviceman sustained injury as a result of violating the rules for the use of weapons. The serviceman's life is not in danger," the MoD spokesperson added.
