There have been certain disagreements in Armenia's relations with Russia, but they have never been cold. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at the press briefing after the Armenia government’s Cabinet session on Thursday.

"Nothing has changed in our relations. There is a certain working atmosphere and certain relations [between Armenia and Russia]. Even if there have been certain disagreements in the diplomatic sphere or on the joint agenda, this does not mean at all that we are offended and have not spoken to each other," the Armenian premier noted.

According to him, Armenia's relations with the Russian side have always been good and will continue to remain so.
