Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Tehran, announced the closest cooperation between Moscow and Tehran in history.
“Never in our history have Iran and Russia worked as closely as now,” Araghchi wrote on X on Tuesday morning.
According to him, together with Lavrov, they discussed “everything from Europe to West Asia, including Lebanon, Palestine, Ukraine and Yemen.”
“Also focused on expansion of economic and nuclear cooperation,” Araghchi noted, describing the talks as “timely.”
