If Armenia’s membership in Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is terminated, the country will lose the opportunity to trade freely with the EAEU partner countries. This is stated in a report by the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which presents the possible consequences of the EAEU Treaty’s termination for Armenia.

“In economic relations with third countries, the free trade regime with EAEU partner states Iran, Vietnam, Serbia, Mongolia, and the UAE will cease to operate for Armenia,” the document states as one of the possible consequences.
