The program for reimbursing the expenses for product certification and laboratory testing has been terminated in Armenia.

The program had been adopted to promote the export of Armenian products to new foreign markets by partially reimbursing the expenses incurred for their certification and laboratory testing.

The relevant decision was made at the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government on Thursday.

It is noted that inconsistencies with the program requirements were revealed in the submitted applications. In particular, there were no documents confirming the turnover of the product in the country of export. As a result, the necessary conditions for providing support were not met, and beneficiaries were never recognized within the framework of this program.
