Armenia continues to work with Azerbaijan and Turkey to open the Armenia-Turkey border. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday stated this at a press briefing following the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government
“Azerbaijan has certain reservations in connection with this matter; today the processes are at that point. But we [i.e. Armenia] continue to work with both Azerbaijan and Turkey to be able to reach certain solutions,” Pashinyan said.
