As the press service of Armenia’s Emergency Service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am, message was received at 12:07 p.m. on Saturday informing that a Yerevan resident is in an unbalanced state and the help of rescuers was needed.
Before the rescuers would arrive at the scene, the relatives had managed to open the door but Aram Khachatryan, 27, ran away.
The police and ambulance service have been informed about the incident.
