US President Donald Trump has said the Iran war will end when he wants it to end. “Somebody asked me before, ‘When will the war in Iran end?’ I said, ‘Whenever I want it to end,'” Trump said at an election rally in Texas on Tuesday.
A day earlier, the US president had said that Iran was responsible for starting the conflict between the two countries.
"We [i.e. the US] didn't start the war with Iran. Iran started the war with us," Trump had said at an election rally in Mississippi on Monday.
