YEREVAN. – No substantial change will be expected in Armenia when the new legislative and executive powers are formed, since President Serzh Sargsyan is the master of the state of affairs, National Self-Determination Union (NSU) Chairman Paruyr Hayrikyan stated during a press conference on Tuesday.
The presidential elections cause laughter for the NSU leader because, as per Hayrikyan, this is a moral and a psychological post, just like in the case of the Queen of England.
“If nothing unusual happens, the [country’s] political future is predetermined for the next five years,” Paruyr Hayrikyan noted.
