Turkey will decide which Armenian company to contract for the restoration of the historic Ani Bridge. This detail emerged during Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s November 5 press briefing.
Asked about the restoration project, Pashinyan said Armenia and Turkey had agreed to implement it jointly. Without going into further detail, he explained that the Turkish side would launch a tender and that Armenia would also sign a contract with the winning company.
Pashinyan noted that the relevant procedures would be carried out in due course, after which restoration work on the bridge would begin.
