After Eurovision-2012 contest in authoritarian Azerbaijan, Scandinavian states and the UK proposed new ethics rules for the European Broadcasting Union, Belgovision.com reports.
It is proposed to disqualify those countries where dictatorship is ruling. The details of the new rules were presented at a meeting with the representatives of the national broadcasters of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
