YEREVAN.- Rafik Zakaryan has been appointed head of general department on struggle against organized crime at Armenia’s police, a reliable source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Earlier Zakaryan was holding the post of deputy head of the department. He will replace Gagik Avetisyan who was dismissed by Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan on May 25.
