STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a law “On approving 2011 Annual Report on the Implementation of the State Property Privatization Programs in the period of 2010-2012”, as well as on amendments to the law “On Military Service”, and amendment to the law “On State Registration of Property Right.
