YEREVAN. – Pursuant to Armenia’s Constitution, President Serzh Sargsyan on Saturday signed a decree on appointing Tigran Sargsyan as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, the President’s Press Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Executive Body and Council held a session on the same day, during which a unanimous decision was reached to nominate serving PM Tigran Sargsyan’s candidacy to the office of the Prime Minister.
