YEREVAN. – The US dollar’s exchange rate is continuing its “triumphant campaign” in Armenia’s financial market.
Its average exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) again rose at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Monday and comprised AMD 408.73/$1, which is a 0.31-percent—or a 1.18-point—gain from the previous trading session on June 1.
The total sales were $1.2 million.
And the country’s exchange offices buy the dollar at AMD 408/$1 and sell it at a minimum of AMD 410/$1.
