YEREVAN. - Around 40 Armenian youths organized a hugging action in downtown Yerevan on Wednesday. They were carrying posters reading Hug Me and I Hug for Free, and were hugging everyone they met. The photo coverage of the event is available here.

The event was organized within the framework of the international hugging month. People’s reaction on the event was different. Some just walked away, elderly people gladly hugged the youths, the policemen were inquiring what was happening and after seeing that it was a peaceful and kind action they were walking away and guys were just happy to be hugged by girls.
