YEREVAN. – Officers from Armenia’s Police detained Levon G., 57, at a capital city Yerevan schoolyard, on Tuesday at 10:45pm, and on suspicion of attempting to commit murder.
It was found out that he tried to choke to death Gyulnara P., 53, at the schoolyard, but this was prevented by the law enforcement officers, the Police press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
A forensic medical examination is commissioned. An investigation is launched.
