YEREVAN. – Poland’s Deputy Minister of Economy Tomasz Tomczykiewicz visited Armenia alongside with the business delegation for a business mission. 

The Armenian Development Agency organized Armenian-Polish business forum within the frameworks of the visit.

Armenia’s Deputy Economy Minister Ara Petrosyan stated that the forum will be an excellent opportunity to set up a business activity in Armenia and Poland, while his Polish counterpart noted Armenia needs to be advertised in Poland as a favorable country for making investments.

Trade turnover between Armenia and Poland made $20.5 million last year, with $926,000 export and $19.5 million import. A total of 12 companies based on Polish investments are functioning in Armenia.
