STEPANAKERT. – No written complaint has been registered so far in the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic during the presidential elections as of 7.00 p.m., Karabakh CEC spokesperson Mikael Hajiyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am adding the elections are being held properly.

According to the spokesperson, the overwhelming majority of the international observers assess the elections positively and the process still continues.

To note, Nagorno-Karabakh holds presidential elections on Thursday. Three non-party affiliate candidates are running in the NKR presidential elections. They are: Incumbent President Bako Sahakyan, Arkadi Soghomonyan who is the Deputy Director of Academic Activities at the NKR capital Stepanakert Branch of State Agrarian University of Armenia, and NKR National Assembly member Vitali Balasanyan.
