YEREVAN. – The American currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 408.5/$1, at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Tuesday, and this is a 0.31-percent—or a 1.25-point—increase from the previous trading session on July 27.

The sales totaled $1.4 million at the stock exchange.

And in Armenia’s cash foreign currency market, the US currency’s exchange rate fluctuates between AMD 408/$1 and AMD 410/$1.

To note, no trading was conducted Monday at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The US dollar was offered at AMD 408/$1, but the demand was not more than AMD 407/$1.

The stock exchange was passive, overall, and no transaction was conducted even in the credit resources. And solely a bond-related trading was conducted at NASDAQ OMX Armenia all through the entire session on Monday.
