Armenia abstained during the voting in UN General Assembly on Syria, MFA informed Armenia News-NEWS.am.  The resolution proposed by group of Arab states has been adopted by the UN GA on Friday with the support of the majority of votes. Russia, however, was against the resolution.  Since February, the number of states that abstained during the vote on resolution concerning Syria increased from 17 to 31.
