YEREVAN.- A robber attacked policemen in Yerevan on Monday.
A 30-year-old Zhenya Y. turned to police saying she saw a man who had stolen gold chain near her house on July 14.
Policemen attempted to detain the young man who was identified as 24-year-old Stepan B. Knocking one of the policeman on the head, Stepan ran away. However, policemen managed to detain him. The injured policeman was taken to hospital.
