ALEPPO. - The Armenian young man kidnapped in Syria was not swapped on Thursday as it was previously reported.

A source in Aleppo told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the swap postponed for Friday. The reasons are not reported.

22-year-old Hovsep Balmanukian was kidnapped two days ago. His father said that about $15,000 ransom is required for his release. 

The source said situation in the Armenian districts has improved after the Syrian government forces entered the city. As reported earlier, there are is food supply to the Armenian districts.
