MOSCOW. - One of the employees of Russian Ministry of foreign affairs was detained when she reported about plotted assassination of President Vladimir Putin. The diplomat said she learnt about assassination once the lights in the airplane winked. 

In early August 13 morning, Yulia Astakhova,  senior specialist in Ministry of foreign affairs, called police and asked them to come to her office as she was going to tell about the plotted assassination of president. Astakhova told the police that she had learnt about the assassination in the airplane once the lights winked without providing any details. The woman also wanted to call 01 to inform about fire in “Sheremetevo” airport, “utro.ru” informs. 

Law enforcement officers assessed her mind not sober. Currently Astakhova undergoes psychological examination.
