YEREVAN.- The Communist Party of Armenia is not a political force of one person who will give instructions to others, party leader Ruben Tovmasyan told reporters.
He commented on party’s possible participation in the presidential election campaign.
“The Communist Party is a serious political force making group decisions,” he said.
The party has certain financial problems and must “calculate their financial capabilities.”
