Russia’s Foreign Ministry and Ministry of Trade will look into the matter of Armavia’s refusal to operate Sukhoi Superjet-100.
The Ministries together with JSC United Aircraft Corporation will go into the issue to present the results till mid September, RIA Novosti reports with a reference to the Russian government.
As reported earlier, Armenia’s national carrier Armavia refused continue operation of Sukhoi Superjet 100 plane as well as to buy a new one.
Armavia was the first company to purchase the Russian-produced plane in 2011. Armenian national carrier said it plans to purchase Airbus and Boeing airliners.
