YEREVAN. – 116 Armenian peacekeepers arrived in Germany in order to participate in the multi-national military exercises within the framework of the Forces of Kosovo project.

The exercises are scheduled for Aug. 16 - Sept. 4 in the territory of the US Armed Forces' base. Units of the U.S., Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovenian and Ukrainian Armed Forces will participate in the exercises, Armenian MOD informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. The exercises aim to raise the peace keeping opportunities of the member-states and the level of mutual interaction.

A delegation of the Armenian high ranking officials will head to Germany on Aug. 28 to monitor the exercises.
