Four suspects have been detained on charges of kidnapping a person in Moscow. They are the citizens of Dagestan, Uzbekistan and Armenia, and they demanded $5 million for the person’s release.
The criminals beat and kidnapped a 34-year-old man in Moscow, in late July of this year, and subsequently took him toward an unknown direction. The kidnappers demanded $5 million for the man’s release, the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry informed Rosbalt News Agency of Russia.
But Russian police discovered and subsequently freed the kidnap victim, on August 18, and the four criminals were taken under custody. They were citizens of Dagestan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
