YEREVAN. – H. Kh., 34, attempted to throw himself off from Victory Bridge of the Armenian capital city Yerevan, on Thursday at around 5am, Armenian News-NEWS.am’s sources informed. 

The man passed on to the opposite side of the Bridge railings, and tried to commit suicide by jumping off the Bridge, but he was prevented by the officers of the law.

The Police press service corroborated this information by Armenian News-NEWS.am, and added that the circumstances of the incident are being ascertained, and an investigation is underway.   

And as Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, S. A., 21, tried to throw herself off from the Kiev Bridge of Yerevan, on Thursday at around 10:30am, but she was prevented by the passersby. The Police press service corroborated this information to Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Subsequently, the girl was taken to “Armenia” Medical Center. 

The Police also informed that the circumstances of the incident are being ascertained.
