The 19-year-old Armenian man provoked the accident which claimed lives of two women in Los Angeles.

On August 25 Arman Samsonian ran his SUV into a light pole and fire hydrant creating a pool of water, Glendale News-Press reported. Two women were electrocuted and killed as they tried to help those affected by the car accident, another six people were injured.

Talking to CBS, young man’s sister Ani Samsonian said her brother admitted he was responsible for the deaths.
