YEREVAN. – The party which has declared to be an alternative constructive power should be more constructive, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) spokesman, MP Edward Sharmazanov told Armenian News-NEWS.am. His comments came after Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) spokesman , MP Tigran Urikhanyan has said that the PAP is for the change of the Republican prime minister.  “The RPA has won the parliamentary elections in May and it decides who and with what political team to implement the improvements,” the RPA  spokesman said. As for Urikhanyan’s concern about the local self-governmental elections and the refusal to support the RPA, Sharmazanov said that the RPA has very seriously prepared for the local elections. Besides, it is better to never say never in case for the support. Earlier the agency has informed that the PAP spokesman has told the journalists that their position regarding the PM and the Government project has not changed and they are for the change of the PM.
