GYUMRI. – Armenia’s second largest Gyumri city Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s son Spartak Ghukasyan is wanted by the Shirak Region First Instance Court, spokeswoman for the Attorney General’s Office Sona Truzyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. According to her, he is engaged as a defendant and he is charged with Hooliganism and Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices according to the Armenian Criminal Code. To note, a group of people instigated skirmish, beating and shootings were fired as well in front of a café on Aug. 24 in the City of Gyumri.
