YEREVAN. – If Armenia uses the diplomatic, political arsenal, ir can gain political dividends from the release of Azerbaijani murderer, opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun former MP Lilit Galstyan told the journalists on Thursday.

The other participant of the conference ruling Republican Party of Armenia MP Artak Davtyan said that the Parliament may adopt lots of documents but it passed the right one by responding to the provocation.  

“We would better be avoiding of emotional assessments and qualifications as much as possible,” Davtyan emphasized adding it is only matter of time to punish properly the monster in freedom.
