YEREVAN. - Yerevan Brandy Company ArArAt Brandies will purchase grape at a price of AMD 140 (Ararat Region) and AMD 130 (Tavush Region) for 1 kg, Yerevan Brandy Company ArArAt Brandies head Ara Grigoryan told the journalists on Friday.

The purchase of grape harvesting, which is going to be over 24,000 tons, will launch on Sept. 10 in the Ararat Region and it is by 3,000 tons more as compared to last year.

Grigoryan also stated that they decided to fix that price taking into account the President’s offer that in many states, which are considered to be the cradle for democracy, prices for important products are being regulated.

The sale volumes of the Yerevan Brandy Company were increased by one-third and reached 240,000 tons in July and August. Export has increased by 30 percent, while income for twice.
