YEREVAN. – First meeting of the united headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Collective Rapid Reaction Force’s (CSTO CRRF) “Cooperation 2012” joint and multinational military exercises was held Saturday in Armenia, Armenian Defense Minister’s Press Secretary Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“During the meeting, the first instructions were given to the commanders, who arrived in Armenia from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus, on holding the exercises,” Hovhannisyan informed.  

To note, the CSTO CRRF “Cooperation 2012” military exercises will be conducted in Armenia from September 15 to 19. And CRRF national forces from the CSTO-member states—Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan—are planned to take part in the event.
