YEREVAN. – Based on the D'Hondt method, the offer is prepared and submitted to the approval of the Armenian Parliament speaker, stating those of the Armenian MPs, who will be included in different PACE commissions, ruling Republican Party of Armenia MP, head of the Armenian delegation in PACE David Harutyunyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Harutyunyan, however, made no disclosures of who of the delegates is included in different PACE commissions. As for the dissatisfaction of opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) group secretary Levon Zurabyan , Harutyunyan said that the D'Hondt method was unacceptable for the ANC MP and he rejected of further cooperation in defining the delegates for the PACE commissions.
