YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia on Thursday adopted a decision to allocate additional AMD 7.5 million (approx. $18,375) to organize the leisure of Syrian-Armenian children who are currently in Armenia.   

To note, on August 2 the Government had allocated AMD 19.6 million (approx. $48,020) to properly organize the summer vacation of 400 such kids. But, instead, 426 children arrived in Armenia, and instead of the planned fourteen days, some of them stayed in the country for twenty days.  

The kids are relaxing at Hankavan resort city’s Lusabats (Dawn) and Hasmik camps.
